[CCM Cultural Industry Field Trip] Guangzhou Pearl River Piano Cultural Park
2025年4月19日,"艺术管理原理"和"商业空间策划及设施管理"课程的CCM学生在文化创意学院助理院长、文化创意与管理 (CCM) 专业副教授朴根兑博士(Dr. Geuntae PARK)和助理导师谢意女士的带领下,前往广州珠江钢琴创梦园考察学习。
On April 19, 2025, leading by Dr. Geuntae PARK, Associate Dean of the School of Culture and Creativity and Associate Professor of Culture Creativity and Management (CCM) Programme, and Assistant Instructor Ms. Doris XIE, CCM students who were taking the courses “Principles of Creative Arts Management” and “Commercial Space Planning and Facilities Management” went to Guangzhou Pearl River Piano Cultural Park for a field trip.

广州珠江钢琴集团股份有限公司对位于荔湾区的旧厂区进行“微改造”,投资建设珠江钢琴创梦园,园区总用地面积约7.6万㎡,改造后建筑面积约13万㎡。园区也是“荔湾非遗集聚区”的所在地,引入荔湾区优质非遗传承人工作室20家,打造集生产、展示、体验、培训、研发、交流等于一体的非遗综合性集聚发展平台。
Guangzhou Pearl River Piano Group Co., Ltd. has undertaken a "micro-transformation" of its old factory site located in Liwan District, investing in the construction of the Pearl River Piano Cultural Park. The total land area of the park is approximately 76,000 square meters, with a post-renovation building area of about 130,000 square meters. The park is also the "Liwan Intangible Cultural Heritage Cluster," including 20 high-quality intangible cultural heritage inheritor studios from Liwan District, creating a comprehensive platform for the production, display, experience, training, research and development, and exchange of intangible cultural heritage.

同学们先后参观了园区展厅、荔湾非遗集聚区、文化艺术名家工作室等配套设施,并就改造初衷、运营管理、现存问题与园区市场发展部及企业服务中心总监覃苑明女士进行了请教和交流。
The students visited the park's exhibition hall, Liwan Intangible Cultural Heritage Cluster, and the studios of famous cultural and artistic figures, among other facilities. They engaged with Ms. Shane QIN, the Manager of Marketing Development and Business Service Center of the cultural park, learning and discussing the original intention behind the renovation, operational management, existing challenges, and the market development of the cultural park.

通过这次考察学习,同学们纷纷表示对课堂所学的艺术管理和创意园区运营知识有了更直观的认识和切身的体验,并对各类型非遗项目传承案例等有了更多的了解,期待未来能进行更加深入的探索和实践。
Through this field study, students gained a more intuitive understanding and firsthand experience of the art management and creative park operation knowledge learned in class. They also acquired a deeper insight into various intangible cultural heritage project inheritance cases, with a keen anticipation for further exploration and practice in the future.
