I am Shuo Xu from the Class of 2021 of the MA in Communication program-- Film, TV & New Media Concentration (FTNM) , School of Culture and Creativity. As a start-up entrepreneur, the year I spent at UIC was my most cherished time to develop and grow. I had many good memories here (e.g. commuting by airline in early morning to take the weekly classes, rushing to the Tangjiawan high-speed railway station after class to take trains and get back to work, finishing the assigned readings and assignments in UIC’s coffee shop or library, meeting new friends during the study, and trying my best to enroll the courses offered by different experienced professors...).

I, one UIC postgraduate alumnus, really appreciate the UIC’s culture and inclusiveness, which makes me have a strong and close connection with the college. As an "alumni ambassador," I would like to consistently contribute to the college.
