I am Ren Xueyou, a graduate with a master's degree in the class of 2022 IMS.

The learning experience of UIC deeply shadows my career path. During my further study, I accumulated a wealth of theoretical knowledge and applied it flexibly in practical projects. The multicultural environment of UIC makes me realize that learning is a kind of cross-cultural communication and cooperation. This led me to choose a professional environment that can promote communication and learning together, and colleges and universities are such a platform.

At present, as a university teacher, I have the opportunity to impart the knowledge and experience I have learned in UIC to my students. Now, I am practicing the knowledge and value I learned at UIC every day. I am keen to create an open, interactive and innovative learning environment to cultivate students' critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. This learning journey paved a solid road to academia and strengthened my determination to engage in education and research.
