This project aims to explore the cognitive bias between physical age and mental age through the perspective of "age illusion". By analyzing this phenomenon, we hope to help people more clearly understand the multi-dimensional composition of self-age and re-examine the misalignment between body and spirit in self-cognition, so as to arouse the attention of inner mental health and realize the true "physical and mental age".
