If there are any questions about the result, you may fill up the attached Appeal Form and submit it to the Division Office (Mr. Jan YUAN) on or before 5:00p.m. this Friday, 21 Oct 2016. Late submission will NOT be entertained.

Review and reconsideration will be conducted by the Panel. The Division Office may directly contact the student involved for detailed information in due course, if needed.
