Feuillet d 'album, meaning "one page of the album", is a four-hand piece in bB major composed by French composer and keyboard player Charles Camille Saint-Saens in 1887. This piece perfectly shows the elegance and romance of the French style.

This is a Rondo style dance music, showing a cozy and joyful picture. Its melody is sometimes comfortable and sometimes brisk, giving people the warmth and vitality of being bathed in sunlight. Being immersed in the changing melody and rhythm, we seem to see a fresh and natural farm, smell the unique fragrance of hay, and people's pleasure and relaxation.

Introduction

这首小步舞曲的主题是一首古老的法国曲子。在这个版本中，长笛部分是不变的，而弦乐的三个部分是为钢琴而安排的。这首古典曲目整体欢快活泼，旋律舒展典雅、雍容华丽，深受人们的喜爱。长笛在这首曲子中的音效婉转与通透，在曲子的后半程体现了吹奏者灵活的技巧，长笛在钢琴的衬托下显得十分活波而优美。

据说莫扎特曾经很讨厌长笛这件乐器，大部分长笛作品也是受人委托所做，可丝毫没能影响这些作品的品质。清新、明快，充满诗情画意的旋律让人放松。

The main theme of this minuet comes from an old French tune. in this version, the flute part is unchanged, while the three string parts are arranged for the piano. This piece of classical music is cheerful and lively as a whole, the melody stretches elegant, graceful and gorgeous, and is deeply loved by people. The sound effect of the flute is subtle and transparent. In the second half of the piece, it reflects the flexible skill of the player. The flute appears very lively and beautiful in the background of the piano accompaniment.

It is said that Mozart once hated the flute and most of his flute works were commissioned, but the quality of these works was not affected at all. The fresh, bright, and poetic melodies enable people to relax.

Introduction

约翰 · 塞巴斯蒂安 · 巴赫是巴洛克时期的德国作曲家，杰出的管风琴、小提琴、羽管琴键演奏家，被普遍认为是音乐史上最重要的作曲家之一。

Johann Christion Bach is a German composer in the Baroque period and also an outstanding pipe organ, violin, and harpsichord player. He is generally regarded as one of the most important composers in the history of music.

Important works of Bach: "Brandenburg Concerto", "Violin Concerto", "B Minor Concerto", "Gothenburg Variations", "Minuet".

Introduction

Tango-ballade是一首由库特·威尔创作于1928年的舞曲。其风格显著，情感深沉，是节奏感非常强烈的断奏式演奏。

它出自由德国剧作家贝托尔特·布莱希特、作曲家库特·威尔、翻译伊丽莎白·豪普特曼和布景设计师卡斯帕·内尔合作创作的《三毛钱歌剧》。 该剧改编自18世纪的英国民谣歌剧——约翰·盖伊的《乞丐歌剧》，对资本主义世界进行了社会主义批判。

Tango-ballade is a dance song composed by Kurt Weill in 1928.  It is performed in staccato featuring strong rhythmic beats with remarkable style and deep emotion.

This piece appears in The Threepenny Opera (German: Die Dreigroschenoper) collaboratively composed by German dramatist Bertolt Brecht, composer Kurt Weill,  translator Elisabeth Hauptmann and set designer Caspar Neher. Adapted from an English ballad opera in 18th-century, The Beggar's Opera byJohn Gay criticizes socialism in the capitalist world.

Introduction

Moon River 是为1961年的电影《蒂凡尼的早餐》创作的抒情曲，由约翰尼·默瑟作词、亨利·曼西尼作曲。最初演唱该曲的是电影女主角的扮演者奥黛丽·赫本。

这首经典的爵士标准曲在次年获得了奥斯卡授予的“最佳原创歌曲”和格莱美奖授予的“年度制作”及“年度歌曲”。这次表演我们将呈现我们改编的版本。

Moon River, a ballad for Breakfast at Tiffany'sreleased in 1961, is composed by Henry Mancini with lyrics by Johnny Mercer. It was originally performed by Audrey Hepburn in the movie.

This classic jazz standard was awarded Academy Award for Best Original Song and the 1962 Grammy Awards for Record of the Year and Song of the Year. We will perform our adaptation in this concert.
