On the first day of work, the supervisor asked everyone to come up with a proposal on the theme of cultural creation stores. The theme of “workers” proposed by Wang Xinkun was unanimously recognised. A series of engaging New Year activities were designed. The store attracted many workers that stayed for the New Year.
Before the Spring Festival, Wang Xinkun and her team members made every effort to rush to work to launch the cultural creation store. During the Spring Festival, everyone was on duty in shifts. Wang Xinkun said that in this practice, she did multiple works, including event planning and marketing copywriting, and she also personally realised the difficulty of wage earners.
