At the same time, they can benefit from the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. In today's article, we will look at the stories of the students enrolled at UIC for postgraduate studies.
Why they chose UIC
Zhang shangmingzhu
Graduated with a Master of Arts in Communication (Film, TV & Media Concentration) in 2021
Studying at UIC during the pandemic allowed me to get an international diploma domestically. After finishing my one-year taught Master's study at UIC, I continuously carried on for MPhil courses. Now I am applying for PhD courses. I learned to be calmer and patient, and my academic reading and writing competency improved.
Li Ziyi
Currently enrolled on the Master of Arts in Communication (Film, TV & Media Concentration)
I worked at a TV station for six years, and I'm aware that keep refreshing my professional knowledge is essential. That's the reason I came to UIC in the first place. I developed new habits at UIC, which will benefit my career. My favourite places to go after class are Learning Resource Centre (LRC) and the swimming pool. Thanks to the abundance of English collections, I always go to LRC for broadening my horizon. So now I am used to reading English books regularly. The heated swimming pool is also a place I am knee to visit weekly.
