The “MADmedia Showcase” was held on 1 December 2021 at 2:30pm in T5-105. The showcase presented 13 group works from Media Art and Design year 2 students Introduction to Media Aesthetics course.

“In the future, everyone will be world-famous for 15 minutes." (Andy Warhol, 1968) The Showcase aimed to initiate the student’s visual concept, forms, colors, storyline, and media aesthetics that have been inspired and created a concept of “2 Minutes Media Art for Fame” from Andy Warhol. It also helped students to examine and develop their creativity and visual sense, from which they have a thorough understanding of Media Aesthetics.

In order to fully convey the creative concept to the audience, each work was assigned to the students for interpretation. A Q&A session with the audience was also arranged at the end of the showcase.
