This is a desk interactive accessory called RESET to prevent people's addictions to mobile phones and alleviate the anxiety after putting down the mobile phone. It used Arduino and 3D printing techniques to realize its function of guiding users to do 3-3-6 breath exercises to improve people's work efficiency and quality of life.
