This is an attempt of a public project.In the Art Space Xuyuhuanbian, in March and Apri, the whole project comprises three sections: public art works, Paintings exhibition and experimental video exhibition.I invited every participants who came to the art space to join in. All I have for them are empty boxes and a few different materials, but each person creates a box with a distinct personality and style.At the end of the projdect, I built a wall of all these boxes. This strange brick wall is not only a collection of ideas, but also a microcosm of the human ecology of this small community. When we ware shaping it, it's also showed a reflection of this place, which reveals the interplay and interaction among the exhibition, art space and the audience.As the initiator of the whole project, I hope that we can try to communicate in different ways, and also hope that through this interesting way, we can narrow the distance between art, art space, community and the public, so that art can be quietly integrated into everyone's life.
