Equipment Borrowing Guidelines

The department's equipment is allocated primarily to support teaching and performance activities. Frequent movement, particularly of musical instruments, may affect their condition and lifespan. All borrowing requests will be carefully reviewed.

Please note:

• Equipment loan requests must be submitted at least one week in advance via dmus-facilities@uic.edu.cn and will be reviewed based on availability and management requirements.

• Due to limited resources, not all requests can be granted.

• Approved loans must follow the usage guidelines and be returned on time to avoid disruptions to teaching and performances.
