Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University United International College(UIC) has recently released the Report on the Employment Quality of Undergraduate Graduates in 2020. A total of 1,341 undergraduates graduated in 2020, while 965, accounting for 72% of the total number of graduates, indicated that further study would be the priority. Among them, about 74.4% of students continued their study with the world's top 100 universities, an increase of 10.8% over the previous year. Graduates who chose direct employment mainly work in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area cities, Beijing and Shanghai.


  


The graduates are distributed in 4 divisions and 21 majors, among which 90.31% have been employed. Graduates who have been employed include studying at home, going abroad for further study, direct employment, starting their own businesses, and freelancing, among which going abroad or going abroad for further study accounts for 68.98%, and the overall employment satisfaction of graduates is as high as 78.38%. In the direct employment of graduates, business service industry ranks first, accounting for 20.76%.
