【DCC-THEM Workshop】Garden Coffee Appreciation Workshop

On the afternoon of April 6, 2022, Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management programme brought students an experience with the aroma of coffee during the reading week.

Under the guidance of Shayne, students learned the history of coffee, tried to distinguish the smell of different types of coffee beans, learned the techniques of making espresso, long black, cappuccino, and latte, and made their own cups of coffee, not to mention the mouth-watering cookies and pastries, and the good companies that all participants were enjoying.
