On the afternoon of November 6, 2022, Dr. Xi WANG led the students in his class of “Resort management” to Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay for a field trip. 

With its superior location, Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay is positioned as a unique "Urban Resort", introducing the concept of an "Urban Island Resort" to the local area for the first time.

Under the guidance and explanation of the facilator, students visit front desk, rice bowl restaurant, market place restaurant, spa & creation, shadow bar etc., and had an in-depth understanding of the operation and hotel management of the "Urban Resort".

Finally, the hotel prepared a tea break for everyone, at the same time, the Banyan Tree Group's corporate culture were introduced in detail by the manager, and launched a heated discussion and Q&A session together.

This field trip also provided the student with an opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge to solve the real-life issues which created a bridge between education and application.
