On the afternoon of November 29,2023, under the leadership of Acting Assistant Dean of School of Culture and Creativity (SCC) and Associate Professor Dr. Geuntae PARK as well as Instructor Ms. Ivy LUO, More than 70 CCM students from the courses of “Cultural Creativity and Management”, “Principles of Creative Art Management” and “Commercial Space Planning and Facilities Management” visited the Zhuhai International Convention & Exhibition Center (ZHCEC) to experience advanced and complete venues as well as fully functional exhibition facilities.

Zhuhai International Convention & Exhibition Center (ZHCEC) is under the jurisdiction of Zhuhai Huafa Group, it cooperates with Beijing Capital Group Exhibition & Events, a leading exhibition company in China, in professional operation and management. Since 2016, Zhuhai Huafa Group has made into the China Top 500 Enterprises list for seven consecutive years. In 2023, it was ranked 169th and rated as one of the Double Hundred Enterprises of state-owned enterprise reform and Benchmark Enterprises by the State Council. ZHCEC located at the Wanzai Area of Zhuhai Shizimen Central Business District, serves as one of the most comprehensive, well-equipped, and professional venues in the Guangdong-Hong Long-Macao Greater Bay Area. ZHCEC integrates diverse function of conferences, banquets, concerts, carnivals and press conference.
Following the introduction of the staff, the students visited the “Shizimen Hall” located in phase I of the convention center. The hall has hosted a variety of large-scale brand press conferences and annual conferences of various well-known brands, and can accommodate more than 2000 people dining at the same time. It is one of the most commonly used exhibition halls in the convention center.
Next, CCM students visited the Zhuhai Huafa & CPAA Grand Theatre in the exhibition center phase I. The overall decoration of the “Opera Hall” is mainly in a classical style, which can accommodate more than 1000 people to watch at the same time. The opera "Turandot" was once performed here. The “Mozart Concert Hall” was built in imitation of the Vienna Golden Hall, creating a magnificent and magnificent atmosphere.
After visiting the exhibition center phase I, the students arrived at the exhibition center phase II. The staff introduced the different positioning of the first and second phases of the exhibition center to everyone. The phase I is mainly to support the great development of Hengqin, mainly undertaking comprehensive activities; the phase II is mainly aimed at supporting the development of the financial industry in the Greater Bay Area, and mainly undertakes financial related conference activities.
In the exhibition center phase II, CCM students first visited the largest banquet hall in South China - the Greater Bay Area Hall. It has hosted the annual meetings of famous brands such as WalMart and Liby, which can be flexibly divided into seven independent conference rooms, and can accommodate up to 3300 people for dining simultaneously.
Then the students arrived at the Round-table Conference Hall. As one of the three major Round-table Conference Halls in China. This high-end conference that can accommodate about 255 people, meeting various conference functions such as international conferences, foreign affairs and multilateral conferences, academic symposiums and so on, with all kinds of advanced facilities available. CCM students experienced the solemnity of the Round-table Conference Hall and watched the promotional video of Zhuhai International Convention & Exhibition Center here, deeply experiencing its diverse charm.
