[CCM Cultural Industry Field Trip] Guangdong Museum of Art of the Bai'etan Greater Bay Area Art Center

On March 22, 2025, under the leadership of Dr. Iceman Hoi Yung LEUNG and Instructor Ms. Ivy LUO, CCM students from CCM4043 Fundraising for Arts and Culture came to the Guangdong Museum of Art of the Bai'etan Greater Bay Area Art Center for an amazing field trip.



Bai'etan Greater Bay Area Art Center is located at the confluence of the three rivers on the banks of Bai'etan in Liwan District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, which is one of the first national key art museums. Currently, the museum is exhibiting a diverse range of themed exhibitions covering architectural sculpture, folk art, contemporary art and so on.

Before the visit began, Ms. Hermione Hairong HUANG, Head of Research and Curatorial Department of Guangdong Museum of Art, briefly introduced the overview of the museum, and CCM students were listening carefully.



After introduction, students freely visited the museum, shuttling through different themed exhibitions, and experience the diverse charm of art.

As an important platform for collecting, conserving, researching, and displaying art and culture, BAIETAN GBA Art Centre has showcased the charm of art to students, enriched their knowledge, and stimulated their enthusiasm to actively participate in museum operation practices.
