In the afternoon of April 25 , 2024-2025 Department of Culture Creativity and Design (DCCD) Final Year Project (FYP) Poster Awards Ceremony was held on the 5th floor of Cultural Creativity Clusters. 2 groups of students in Culture, Creativity and Management Programme (CCM) won the Best Poster Awards, while 5 groups of CCM students won the First Runner-up Awards. The Awards Ceremony was hosted by Dr. Xi WANG, the course instructor of CCM Final Year Project. Dr. Yuan YUAN, Department Head of DCCD was invited to present the awards.
In the Awards Ceremony, totally 7 groups of CCM students were awarded, including 2 groups of students getting the Best Poster Awards, respectively HUANG Yingxin and ZHANG Chenyi with FYP poster “APPLICATION OF NARRATIVE THEORY IN CULTURAL AND CREATIVE PRODUCTS FOR HISTORIC DISTRICT-TAKING LINGNAN TIANDI AS AN EXAMPLE” (supervised by Dr. Geuntae PARK); HUANG Ziheng and LIANG Yantong with FYP poster “THE APPLICATION OF IP DESIGN IN THE INHERITANCE OF INTANGIBLE CULTURAL HERITAGE BASED ON THE PERSPECTIVE OF CUTE CULTURE-TAKE DRAGON AND LION DANCE IN GUANTANG VILLAGE AS AN EXAMPLE” (supervised by Ms. KK Wanqi WAN).
The Final Year Project Course this year was overall instructed by Dr. Xi WANG, supervised by Dr. Geuntae PARK, Dr. Purrie NG, Dr. Iceman LEUNG, Dr. Xi WANG and Ms. KK Wanqi WAN in groups, with totally 52 students in 28 groups participated and finished successfully.
